Project Description
This family run bakery came about in 1962 and for 2 generations now it has been using only locally milled flour. No preservatives or added chemical are present in the daily baked bread, just flour, water and starter that is refreshed every day. Aside from the many types of fresh bread made there, they also bake San Domenico biscuits, elaborate cakes for ceremonies and a wide variety of traditional baked goods.
