Project Description
The 3esse farm came about in 2016 in San Biagio di Città della Pieve to raise pigs in a manner that fully respects the wellness and freedom of the animal, that respects the environment in which they live, and that guarantees a high quality end product. The animals are free to graze and forage in some 30 hectares of fenced terrain.
