The flavors of the Trasimeno

Trasimeno Sapori is an initiative that aims to support quality in the local food and wine industry offering specialties of the region. The participating restaurants guarantee quality and professionalism in the processes that give our local cuisine its unique identity and offer dishes that change with the seasons. Local raw materials purchased from nearby farmers make up most of the ingredients used and, thanks to this, a fine food culture is enhanced featuring both the producers and restaurants as they ensure quality and a fine dining experience
