Red wines are delicious with local cold cuts, pasta in meaty sauces, aged cheese and meats, including locally game meat. Serving temperature: 16° to 18°C.

White wines are delicious with light starters, dishes with delicate sauces, lake fish and truffles. Serving temperature: 10° to 12°C, if sparkling at 8°C.
