Our restaurant serves traditional Umbrian cuisine with special consideration for the delicious things found in the woods: chestnuts, porcini mushrooms and Norcia truffles surround such main courses as game fowl, wild boar, guinea fowl baked in a crust, white wine bathed rabbit casserole, certified Chianina beef, but also pasta dishes such as pappardelle, umbricelli, cappelletti – all made on the premises following the traditional ways of the lake and region.
Enjoy some boar mortadella, or hand-sliced Norcia prosciutto…
And don’t forget to taste some of our many homemade baked goods: nutella and fig marmalade crostata, apple pie, tozzetti with dessert wine, chocolate goodies, chocolate cake, carrot plum cake with an orange glazing, tiramisu with shaving of dark Perugina chocolate, or Umbrian zuppa inglese (trifle) .
